Vendor spaces are not considered confirmed until payment is received. 18.Once paid, booth fees are non-refundable. If the market must be canceled by the organizer, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the event or offer a makeup date. If a makeup date cannot be arranged, refunds may be issued at the organizer's discretion. Milwood Market is a rain-or-shine event, unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
19.Vendors who cancel after submitting payment will forfeit their booth fee. Participation in future markets will be considered at the organizer's discretion.
